Where does ExDels deliver?
ExDels serves Nassau and Suffolk County on Long Island, New York — including Hempstead, Hicksville, Levittown, Huntington, Babylon, Islip, Massapequa, Farmingdale, and surrounding towns. We are expanding town by town, built on Long Island for Long Island.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee is 10% of your order subtotal with a $3.50 minimum. Every cent of the delivery fee goes to your driver — ExDels takes $0 of it.
Do drivers really keep 100% of tips and fees?
Yes. Drivers keep 100% of the delivery fee and 100% of tips, with a $3.50 minimum base per delivery and weekly payouts. No hidden splits, no tip skimming — that is the entire point of ExDels.
What is the ExDels platform fee?
ExDels charges one small, transparent platform fee: 7% of your order subtotal with a $2.45 minimum. That’s it. We take nothing from your delivery fee and nothing from tips, and menu prices are never inflated.

How do I track my order?
Every order includes live GPS tracking from the kitchen to your door, plus a secure delivery PIN for a safe handoff.

How do I become an ExDels driver?
Create a driver account, complete onboarding, and go online whenever you want. You will see every offer with the full payout up front — delivery fee plus expected tip — before you accept. Work when you want, keep what you earn.
How and when do drivers get paid?
Drivers are paid weekly. Every delivery has a $3.50 minimum base, and drivers keep 100% of the delivery fee plus 100% of tips on every order.
